Hi, I’m Elisabete da Costa Reis, but you can call me Be. I have more 23 years of experience both in Fitness and Dance. As a dance teacher, I guide Hip Hop dance, Dancehall, House dance, Afro House and Kizomba classes in a dynamic, fun and professional way.  As a Personal Trainer, I work on individual clients' skills helping them to improve their Fitness training.  Personally, I am motivated and dedicated to total physical and mental well-being.  Can’t wait to meet you and have some fun.
