Angela
Angela is from Portugal and has been in KSA since 2016. She has a strong background in Sports Education, in which she pursued learning at University, as well as a Master’s degree in Physical Education and a post-graduation in Cardio Fitness. Angela is experienced at giving Les Mills group classes in addition to her own signature classes which are crafted with passion. She is also a personal trainer who enjoys working closely with her clients and giving them the support and motivation they need to meet their goals. Sports have always been rooted in her life and currently she is a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a level 2 MMA trainer.
Angela Magalhaes comes from Portugal and has a master in physical education. In addition to degree she is certified fitness and personal trainer. She teaches Les Mills, cycling and her own signature classes.
Lou Antonetteleuterio Siguiente
Hi my name is Lou An, I’m a Fitness and personal training from the Philippines. My fitness journey started when I was a teenager. I always love sports as a young girl, being part of our varsity team in high school. I’ve been working in the Fitness Industry since 2012 with multiple certificates in Les Mills, Zumba and spinning. My favorite thing about what I do is seeing how people transform both physically and mentally when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and be happy with themselves inside and out.
Lou Antonette Siguiente is a fitness Trainer and Zumba specialist from Philippines. In 2021 she became a certified personal Fitness Trainer. She also has trainings in Les Mills, Spinning and TRX. Lou has multi different programs in Zumba.
MECAH WILLS
Meet Mecah Wills , She is one of our yoga teachers. She has been studying yoga for over 15 years and has completed various trainings including kid’s yoga, pregnancy yoga, aerial arts to name a few. Mecah comes from Canada but is enjoying the heat here in Saudi (most of the time). She believes that with a steady yoga practice you will become physically, mentally and emotionally stronger. When all 3 become stronger you are happier and healthier.
Mecah Wills is our yoga teacher coming from Canada. She is trained to teach all styles of yoga and has special trainings for pregnancy and kids yoga. Mecah is also our aerial teacher with certification in aerial hammocks and aerial hoop. She has been practicing yoga over 20 years
Manal Dimashkieh
Manal Dimashieh, is one of our fitness and personal trainer from Lebanon. She has had a passion for fitness since she was young girl and turned her passion into her career, becoming a trainer in 2012. Manal has certificates in Les Mills, personal training, to name a few, as well in Life Coaching. Life Coaching is a great addiction to Manal fitness journey creating a better mindset and allowing her to change clients’ body and mind. Manal’s advice is “You go to the gym not only to be fit; you go to the gym so when you are 70 you can walk without cane, go to the gym to avoid joint pain and sickness in your 50s, go to the gym to look 10 years younger, go to the gym to prove Age is Just a number.”
Manal Dimashieh, is a fitness trainer from Lebanon. She has been a fitness and personal trainer since 2012. With trainings in Sport Nutrition, Life Coaching, Zumba and Les Mills. Manal has advance training in Les Mills and excellences in cardio marital art classes.

I am a multifaceted individual with a diverse background and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Al Manahil Center, I thrive on cultivating strategic relationships and fostering growth opportunities for the organization.
As a passionate advocate for health and fitness, I wear multiple hats. I am not only a dedicated Fitness Instructor but also a specialized Personal Trainer in rehabilitation and cross-training. My mission is to empower individuals to regain their physical well-being and reach their fitness aspirations.
Beyond the fitness realm, I've ventured into the realm of education as a Kindergarten Teacher, nurturing the minds of the youngest learners and fostering a love for learning.
My background as a Law Specialist and my previous service in the military have instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and dedication to excellence. These qualities continue to guide me as I contribute to the vibrant and ever-evolving landscape of Saudi Arabia.
As I look back on my seven years in this enriching environment, I eagerly anticipate the new horizons and opportunities that lie ahead.
Samah Al Ghadeer
Samah Alghadeer, is from Saudi Arabia, holds a degree in Special Education from King Saud University. She is also a certified Les Mills instructor, and personal trainer with a deep passion for fitness. Her journey into the world of fitness began in Italy when she was just a young, accompanying her mother to the gym. Watching her mother's dedication to workouts ignited Samah's lifelong love for fitness.
Samah is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Her personal connection to fitness makes her a motivating and inspiring figure in the world of wellness.
ZHENGYAN LI
After years of practicing Yoga and Pilates, I've developed a deep appreciation for both disciplines. They both emphasize the vital connection between mind and body, fostering awareness and promoting a positive lifestyle.
Yoga has been instrumental in nurturing my inner self, uniting my mind and body. It brings me peace, enhances my flexibility, encourages self-love and care, and cultivates gratitude for life and the world around me.
On the other hand, Pilates has played a crucial role in improving my overall physical health. It targets all the major muscle groups, especially the deep core muscles, promoting mobility and strength in a well-rounded manner. Pilates has also had a significant impact on my posture, flexibility, balance, and strength. It has been instrumental in aiding recovery from various injuries, including back, shoulder, and knee pain, and has proven beneficial for both pre and postnatal fitness.
Elisabete
Hi, I’m Elisabete da Costa Reis, but you can call me Be. I have more 23 years of experience both in Fitness and Dance. As a dance teacher, I guide Hip Hop dance, Dancehall, House dance, Afro House and Kizomba classes in a dynamic, fun and professional way. As a Personal Trainer, I work on individual clients' skills helping them to improve their Fitness training. Personally, I am motivated and dedicated to total physical and mental well-being. Can’t wait to meet you and have some fun. Let’s dance!
Elisabete da Costa Reis is our urban dance specialist, as well as a fitness instructor from Portugal. She has over 23 years of experience leading Hip Hop, Dancehall, House, Afro and Kizomba Dance classes. In fitness or dance her classes are dynamic, fun and creative.
