Teen Summer Fitness Camp
A fitness-focused camp just for teen girls! Each session is packed with high-energy and empowering activities like dance, Zumba, yoga and swimming, along with spinning, fun games, and full-body fitness workouts. It's the perfect way to stay active, build confidence, and make new friends in a fun, supportive environment.
Schedule:
3 days a week Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM ( includes a 15 minutes break).
