.ﯾُﻌد اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل أو اﻟﺣﺟز ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣرﻛز ﻣواﻓﻘﺔ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ وﺻرﯾﺣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟﺷروط واﻷﺣﻛﺎم اﻟواردة أدﻧاه.
By registering or booking with the Center, parents and participants acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

Prepayment and Cancellation Policy – Salon & Spa
Regular Appointment / ١. ﺣﺠﺰ ﻣﻮﻋﺪ ﻋﺎدي
:اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت التي ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺗﺷﺧﯾص أو ﺗﻘﯾﯾم ﻣﺳﺑﻘﺎ •
• Services Requiring Specialist Assessment:
.١. ﻳﺘﻢ دﻓﻊ ﻋربون ﻟﺘﺄكيد اﻟﺤﺠﺰ
1. A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
.٢. بعد التشخيص، ﺗﻘﻮم اﻟﻌميلة ﺪﻓﻊ المبلغ المتبقي
2. After assessment, the client shall pay the remaining amount
: اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت ذات اﻟﺴﻌﺮ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد مسبقًا •
• (Clear Services (Fixed Price):
.١. يمكن دﻓﻊ المبلغ كامل مسبقًا
1. Full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation or Rescheduling / اﻹﻟﻐﺎء أو إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺠﺪوﻟﺔ
.يجب اﻹﻟﻐﺎء أو إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺠﺪوﻟﺔ قبل ٢٤ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ على اﻷﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ •
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
.يسمح بإعادة ﺟﺪوﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ مرتين كحد أقصى •
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times only.
. بعد ﻣﺤﺎوﻟتي إﻋﺎدة ﺟﺪوﻟﺔ، يصبح اﻟﻌربون غير قابل للأسترجاع •
After two reschedules, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Home Services / ٢. الخدمات المنزلية
.ﻳﺘﻢ دﻓﻊ المبلغ كاملاً مسبقاً ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺤﺠﺰ•
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
. في حال اﻹﻟﻐﺎء في ﻧﻔﺲ ﻳﻮم اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ، يكون المبلغ غير قابل للأسترجاع•
• Same-day cancellation results in full forfeiture of payment.
. في حال اﻹﻟﻐﺎء قبل٢٤ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ، يمكن إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺠﺪوﻟﺔ مرتين كحد أقصى •
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled up to two times only.
. بعد ﻣﺤﺎولتي إﻋﺎدة ﺟﺪوﻟﺔ، يصبح المبلغ المدفوع غير قابل للأسترجاع •
After two reschedules, full payment becomes non-refundable.
٣. ﺧدمات المناسبات والأفراح (الشعر و المكياج)
(Hair & Makeup) Events & Wedding Services
. ﯾﺗم دﻓﻊ المبلغ كاملاً ﻣﺴبقًا ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺤﺠﺰ •
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
. المبلغ غير قابل ﻟﻼﺳترﺟﺎع حتى ﻟﻮ ﺗﻢ اﻹﻟﻐﺎء قبل ٤٨ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ•
• Payment is non-refundable, even if cancelled 48 hours in advance.
. اﻻﺳتثناء اﻟﻮحيد : ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﻓﺎة اﻟﻌﻤيلة•
• The only exception: in case of death.
Packages & Special Offers / ٤. الباكجات و العروض الخاصة
.ﻳﺘﻢ دﻓﻊ المبلغ كاﻣﻼ ً ﻣﺴبقًا ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺤﺠﺰ •
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
.اﻟباكجات واﻟﻌﺮوض غير ﻗﺎبلة ﻟﻺﻟﻐﺎء أو اﻻسترجاع المبلغ ﺗﺤﺖ أي ﻇﺮف•
• Packages and special offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
General Notes / ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﻋﺎﻣﺔ
. (ﻳﺘﻢ تأكيد ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺤﺠﻮزات بعد اﺳﺘﻼم اﻟﺪﻓﻊ (ﻋربون او كامل المبلغ •
• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (deposit or full amount).
.ﻳﺘﻢ إرﺳﺎل ﺗﺄكيد اﻟﺤﺠﺰ إﻟكترونيا ﻋبر اﻟبريد اﻹﻟكتروني أو اﻟﺮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﻨﺼية الواتساب •
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
. ﻳﻨﺼﺢ باﻻﻃﻼع ﻋلى ﻫﺬە اﻟسياﺳﺎت ﻗبل إﺗﻤﺎم اﻟﺤﺠﺰ ﻟﺘﺠﻨﺐ أي ﺧﻼﻓﺎت •
• Clients are advised to review these policies prior to booking to avoid any disputes.
اﻟﺘﺄخير ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ / Late Arrival
–: في حال ﺗﺄﺧﺮ العميلة أكثر ﻣﻦ ١٥ دﻗيقة، يحق ﻟﻺدارة – ﺣﺴﺐ ﺗﻘديرها
. ﺗﻘﺼير ﻣﺪة اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ، أو إﻟﻐﺎء اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ دون اﺳترجاع أي ﻣبالغ ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ •
• If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, management reserves the right, at its discretion, to shorten the service duration or cancel the appointment without refund.
No-Show / ﻋﺪم اﻟﺤﻀﻮر
. في حال ﻋﺪم ﺣﻀﻮر اﻟﻌﻤيلة دون إﺷﻌﺎر ﻣﺴﺒﻖ، ﻳﺘﻢ ﺧﺼﻢ اﻟﻌربون أو المبلغ كاملاٌ •
• Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
آﻟية اﻻﺳترﺟﺎع / Refund Method
.في حال اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻋلى أي اﺳترﺟﺎع، ﻳﺘﻢ ﻋبر ﻧﻔﺲ وﺳيلة اﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﺧﻼل ٧–١٤ ﻳﻮم ﻋﻤﻞ
Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
اﻟﻈﺮوف اﻟﻄﺎرﺋﺔ / Force Majeure
.يحتفظ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ بحق إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺠﺪوﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﻮاﻋيد في ﺣﺎل ﺣﺪوث ﻇﺮوف ﺧﺎرﺟﺔ ﻋﻦ اﻹرادة، ﻣﺜﻞ اﻷﻋﻄﺎل اﻟﻔنية أو ﺣﺎﻻت ﻃﺎرﺋﺔ
The center reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Waiting Time Home Services / ﻣﺪة اﻻﻧﺘﻈﺎر اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟمنزلية
.في حال إبقاء ﻓريق اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﻣﻦ قبل العميلة، ﻳﺘﻢ احتساب رﺳﻮم اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﺗﻌﺎدل ﺳﻌﺮ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻟكل ﺳﺎﻋﺔ
If staff are kept waiting, a waiting fee equivalent to the service price per hour will be applied.
After Hours Home Services / ﺧﺎرج أوﻗﺎت اﻟﺪوام اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت المنزلية
. اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﻄﻠوبة ﺧﺎرج أوﻗﺎت اﻟﺪوام الرسمي يترتب ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ رﺳﻮم إﺿﺎﻓية ﻗﺪرﻫﺎ ١٠٠ ريال ﺳﻌﻮدي ﻟكل ﺳﺎﻋﺔ
Services requested outside official working hours will incur an additional charge of SAR 100 per hour.
Package Policy / ﺳياﺳﺔ اﻟبكجات
: General Terms / الشروط اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ
. اﻟبكجات ﻣﺨﺼﺼﺔ ﻟﻠﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة ﻓﻘﻂ وﻻ يمكن اﺳتبداﻟﻬﺎ بخدﻣﺎت أﺧﺮى •
• Packages are valid only for the services specified and may not be exchanged for other services.
. ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟبكجات غير قابلة للتحويل ﻟﺸﺨﺺ آﺧﺮ •
• All packages are non-transferable and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
Package Validity / ﻣﺪة ﺻﻼﺣية اﻟبكج
.ﺻﻼﺣية اﻟبكج ( ٣ أشهر ) من تاريخ الشراء •
• Package validity is three (3) months from the date of purchase.
. ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل اﻧﺘﻬﺎء اﻟﺼﻼﺣية، ﺗُلغى اﻟﺠﻠﺴﺎت اﻟﻤﺘبقية دون ﺗﻌويض •
• Any remaining sessions will be forfeited without compensation once the package expires.
Booking & Appointments / اﻟﺤﺠﺰ واﻟﻤﻮاﻋيد
. اﻟﺤﺠﺰ اﻟﻤﺴﺒﻖ إﻟﺰامي ﻟﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺟﻠﺴﺎت اﻟبكج •
• Advance booking is mandatory for all package sessions.
. اﻟﺘﺄﺧير أكثر ﻣﻦ ١٥ دقيقة ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆدي إلى ﺗﻘﺼير اﻟﺠﻠﺴﺔ أو إﻟﻐﺎﺋﻬﺎ دون ﺗﻌويض •
• Late arrival exceeding 15 minutes may result in shortening or cancellation of the session without compensation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling / اﻹﻟﻐﺎء واﻟﺘﻌﺪيل
. يمكن ﺗﻌﺪيل أو إﻟﻐﺎء اﻟﻤﻮﻋﺪ ﻗبل ٢٤ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻋلى اﻷﻗﻞ •
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from the package.
Refund Policy / اﻻﺳترجاع
. اﻟبكجات غير ﻗﺎبلة ﻟﻼﺳترجاع اﻟﻨﻘﺪي بعد اﻟشراء•
• Packages are non-refundable after purchase.
. ﻻ يمكن اﺳتبدال اﻟبكج ﺑﻜﺞ آﺧﺮ بعد بدء اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻪ •
• Packages cannot be exchanged for another package once usage has begun.
Offers & Discounts | اﻟﻌﺮوض واﻟﺨﺼﻮﻣﺎت
. ﻻ يمكن اﻟﺠﻤﻊ ﺑين اﻟبكجات وأي ﻋﺮض أو ﺧﺼﻢ آﺧﺮ إﻻ ﺣﺎل اﻹﻋﻼن ﻋﻦ ذﻟﻚ •
• Packages may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless explicitly stated.
. اﻟﻌﺮوض اﻟﻤﻮﺳﻤية ﺗﺨﻀﻊ ﻟشروط ﺧﺎﺻﺔ•
• Seasonal promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Management Rights / ﺣﻖ اﻹدارة
. ﺗﺤﺘﻔﻆ اﻹدارة بحق ﺗﻌﺪيل ﺳياﺳﺔ اﻟبكجات أو إﻘﺎﻓﻬﺎ في أي وﻗﺖ •
• Management reserves the right to amend or discontinue package policies at any time.
. اﻹدارة ﻏير ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻓﻘﺪان اﻟبكج في ﺣﺎل ﻋﺪم اﻻﻟتزام باﻟﺴياﺳﺎت •
• Management is not responsible for package loss due to non-compliance with policies.
عند ﻃﻠﺐ اﻟﺤﺠﺰ ﻣﻊ أﺧﺼﺎﺋية ﻣﺤﺪدة ﺧﺎرج أوﻗﺎت دواﻣﻬﺎ اﻟﺮﺳﻤية داﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ أو ﺧﺎرﺟﻪ، ﻳﺘﻢ إﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻣبلغ ١٠٠ ريال ﻋﻦ كل ساعة على قيمة الخدمة
• Requests to book with a specific specialist outside her official working hours, whether inside or outside the center, will incur an additional charge of SAR 100 per hour, added to the service fee.

أﻗرّ أﻧﺎ ﺑﻣوﺟب ھذا ﺑﺄن أي ﺑرﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻟﻠﯾﺎﻗﺔ اﻟﺑدﻧﯾﺔ أو اﻟﺗدرﯾب اﻟﺑدﻧﻲ ﯾﻧطوي ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺧﺎطر ﻣﺣﺗﻣﻠﺔ ﻟﻺﺻﺎﺑﺔ، وأواﻓق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺷﺎرﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻷﻧﺷطﺔ اﻟﻣﻘدﻣﺔ ﻣن ﻣرﻛز اﻟﻣﻧﺎھل ﻟﻠﯾﺎﻗﺔ واﻟرﯾﺎﺿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳؤوﻟﯾﺗﻲ اﻟﺷﺧﺻﯾﺔ، وأ ُﺧﻠﻲ إدارة وﻣُﻼ ّ ك ﻣرﻛز اﻟﻣﻧﺎھل ﻣن أي ﻣﺳؤوﻟﯾﺔ ﻗﺎﻧوﻧﯾﺔ
I hereby acknowledge that any physical conditioning or training program involves a risk of injury, and I agree to participate in the activities offered by Almanahil Fitness & Sport at my own risk. Almanahil management and owners bear no legal liability .

I confirm that I will provide any comments or concerns directly to Almanahil management.

The Center is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or forgotten on the premises.

National holidays are not compensated within the membership.

Memberships are non-transferable.
. ﯾﺣﺗﻔظ اﻟﻣرﻛز ﺑﺎﻟﺣق ﻓﻲ ﻗﺑول أو رﻓض أي ﺗﺳﺟﯾل وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﺗﻘدﯾره •
The Center reserves the right to accept or refuse any registration at its discretion.
. ﻻ ﺗوﺟد ﺣﺻص ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺔ ﺗﺣت أي ظرف •
No make-up classes under any conditions.
. اﻹﺟﺎزات اﻟﻣرﺿﯾﺔ ﻻ ﺗُﻘﺑل ﻛﺳﺑب ﻟﻠﺗﻌوﯾض أو اﻟﺣﺻص اﻟﺑدﯾﻠﺔ•
Sick leave is not accepted as a reason for compensation or make-up classes.
.ﯾﻣﻧﻊ ﺗﺻوﯾر أو ﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﻣﻘﺎطﻊ ﻓﯾدﯾو ﻟﻶﺧرﯾن داﺧل اﻟﻣرﻛز •
Taking photos or videos of others is not permitted.
. أواﻓق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻟﺗزام ﺑﺎﻟﺷروط واﻷﺣﻛﺎم اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺗراك أو اﻟﺣﺻص اﻟﻣﺧﺗﺎرة•
I agree to follow the terms and conditions of the selected membership or classes.
ﺗﺄﺟﯾر ﻣﻼﻋب اﻟﺗﻧس
Tennis Court Rental
. ﯾﺟب إﺣﺿﺎر اﻟﻣﺿﺎرب اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ، وﯾﺗم ﻓرض رﺳوم ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺣدوث أي ﺗﻠف •
Participants must bring their own racquets. Fees will be charged in case of damage.
. ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﺟﺎوز اﻟوﻗت اﻟﻣﺣدد، ﺳﯾﺗم اﺣﺗﺳﺎب ﺳﺎﻋﺔ إﺿﺎﻓﯾﺔ •
If the allocated time is exceeded, an additional hour will be charged.

Private Sessions
( ٤ﺟﻠﺳﺎت: ﻣرة واﺣدة أﺳﺑوﻋﯾًﺎ – ﻣدة اﻻﺳﺗﺧدام ﺷﮭر و ١٠ أﯾﺎم ﻣن ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟدﻓﻊ(ﻻ ﺗوﺟد ﺟﻠﺳﺎت ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺔ
4. sessions: once per week – valid for 1 month and 10 days from payment (no make-up sessions).
٨ ﺟﻠﺳﺎت: ﺑﺣد أدﻧﻰ ﻣرﺗﯾن أﺳﺑوﻋﯾًﺎ – ﻣدة اﻻﺳﺗﺧدام ﺷﮭر و ١٥ ﯾوﻣًﺎ ﻣن ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟدﻓﻊ – ﺟﻠﺳﺔ ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺔ واﺣدة•
8. sessions: minimum twice per week – valid for 1 month and 15 days from payment – 1 make-up session.
. ١٢ ﺟﻠﺳﺔ: ﺑﺣد أدﻧﻰ ﻣرﺗﯾن أﺳﺑوﻋﯾًﺎ – ﻣدة اﻻﺳﺗﺧدام ﺷﮭران ﻣن ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟدﻓﻊ – ﺟﻠﺳﺗﺎن ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺗﺎن •
12. sessions: minimum twice per week – valid for 2 months from payment – 2 make-up sessions.
.١٧ ﺟﻠﺳﺔ: ﺑﺣد أدﻧﻰ ﻣرﺗﯾن أﺳﺑوﻋﯾًﺎ – ﻣدة اﻻﺳﺗﺧدام ٣ أﺷﮭر ﻣن ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟدﻓﻊ – ٣ ﺟﻠﺳﺎت ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺔ •
17 sessions: minimum twice per week – valid for 3 months from payment – 3 make-up sessions.

Private Group Sessions
.ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﻐﯾب أﺣد اﻟﻣﺷﺗرﻛﺎت ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺟﻣوﻋﺔ اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻋن اﻟﺣﺻﺔ، ﺗُﺣﺗﺳب اﻟﺣﺻﺔ وﻻ ﯾﺣق ﻟﮭﺎ اﻟﺗﻌوﯾض
If one participant in a private group session does not attend, the session will be forfeited and is not eligible for make-up.

ﯾﺷﺗرط ارﺗداء اﻟﺟوارب ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻷوﻗﺎت
Socks are required at all times.
Exercise Attire | اﻟﻣﻼﺑس اﻟرﯾﺎﺿﯾﺔ •
. ﯾرﺟﻰ ارﺗداء ﻣﻼﺑس رﯾﺎﺿﯾﺔ ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ
. ﺗُﻣﻧﻊ اﻟﻣﻼﺑس اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣﺗوي ﻋﻠﻰ : اﻟﺳوﺳت، اﻷزرار، اﻟﻘﺑﻌﺎت أو أي إﺿﺎﻓﺎت ﻣﺷﺎﺑﮭﺔ
